🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
- Manager
Graduate or post graduate with 2 years of relevant managerial work experience; Out of which, minimum 1-year experience is required working with Incubators, Entrepreneurs, start-ups, Innovation labs will be preferred. He will be responsible for strategic planning, designing incubation programs, and building high-level relationships with mentors, investors, and industry experts to nurture the innovation landscape.
- Technical Lead
Graduate or post graduate with 2 years of relevant technical work experience; Out of which, minimum 1-year experience is required working with Fab Labs, Makerspaces, 3D printing, or prototyping units will be preferred. He/she will be responsible for managing lab equipment, assisting startups in product development, and conducting technical training sessions to facilitate the transition from idea to prototype.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
- Manager – Maximum fixed and consolidated salary of ₹6-8 LPA
- Technical Lead – Maximum fixed and consolidated salary of ₹3.5–4.5 LPA (negotiable based on expertise)
