The Centre for Nano Science and Engineering (CeNSE) at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, was established in 2010 to pursue interdisciplinary research in semiconductor technology and semiconductor-enabled nanosciences. CeNSE is renowned for its industry projects, consultancy, and cutting-edge training, fostering a robust interface between academia and industry.

💼 DESIGNATION / JOB POSITION

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Industry Office
  • Chief Operating Officer (COO) – InCeNSE

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.

The CEO position requires a BTech/BE in Engineering or M.Sc in Science, with an advanced degree in engineering or an MBA preferred. Candidates should have more than 5 years of experience in industry-industry, industry-government, or industry-academia interfacing.

The COO position also demands experienced professionals with a strong background in managing incubators and interfacing with industry stakeholders.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Industry Office

Negotiable, but up to ₹5 lakhs/month through a combination of base salary and performance-based incentives

  • Chief Operating Officer (COO) – InCeNSE

Negotiable, but up to ₹3 lakhs/month through a combination of base salary and performance-based incentives.
