Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the ATPO position:
- Essential Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
- Desirable Qualification: Post-graduate degree in Management, Law, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of two years working in a university of repute, higher education institution, or industry chamber.
- Skills: Experience in placement, training, outreach, or industry liaison. Proficiency in MS Office and digital outreach platforms like LinkedIn.
- Age Limit: 20 to 45 years
Roles and Responsibilities
The Assistant-Training & Placement Officer will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating internship and placement activities for students.
- Building and maintaining relationships with employers and industry partners.
- Organizing pre-placement talks, recruitment drives, job fairs, and alumni interactions.
- Facilitating student career preparedness and placement processes.
- Representing the university in industry forums and academic events.

Salary and Benefits
The remuneration for the ATPO position ranges from INR 30,000 to 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience. The university offers a vibrant work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
