🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.

Assistant Professor: First class MBA/PG Degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years teaching experience in reputed management institutions/University. PhD in related discipline is preferred.

Associate Professor: First class MBA/PG Degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 8 years teaching experience in reputed management institutions/University, out of which 5 years post-PhD at Assistant Professor Level.

Professor: First class MBA/PG Degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 12 years teaching experience in reputed management institutions/University, out of which 4 years post-PhD at Associate Professor Level.

Research Associate: First class MBA/PG Degree in relevant discipline and those who have submitted thesis for PhD will be given preference.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

As Per Norms. Higher starting salary can be considered for faculty with an outstanding track record in conducting MDP, Research, Publications, Seminars and Consultancy.
