1. Senior Research / Academic Associate: Ph.D. in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of research experience, or Post Graduate from a reputed institute/university in regular mode with minimum 60% marks and at least one research paper in any category of a journal.
2. Research / Academic Associate: Ph.D. in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of research experience, or Post Graduate from a reputed institute/university in regular mode with minimum 60% marks and at least one research paper in any category of a journal.
3. Research/Academic: Ph.D. in a relevant field, or Post Graduate from a reputed institute/university in regular mode with minimum 60% marks and at least one research paper in any category of a journal.
4. Senior Research/Academic Assistant: Post Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute/university in regular mode with minimum 60% marks.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
As Per Norms
1. Senior Research / Academic Associate: ₹70,000 + HRA as per norms on emoluments.
2. Research / Academic Associate: ₹65,000 + HRA as per norms on emoluments.
3. Research/Academic: ₹60,000 + HRA as per norms on emoluments.
4. Senior Research/Academic Assistant: ₹50,000 + HRA as per norms on emoluments.
