🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Qualifications & experience as prescribed by norms.
The candidate must have an M.Tech. in Water Resources Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Hydrology, Environment Engineering, Geoinformatics, Remote Sensing & GIS, Civil Engineering, Earth Sciences, or equivalent specializations. The candidate must be GATE qualified. B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or Agricultural Engineering & Technology is also required. Candidates awaiting their M.Tech. degree results are eligible to apply.
Desirable qualifications include exposure to hydrological modelling, large-scale climate and remote sensing datasets, and proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or R.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The fellowship is ₹37,000 per month plus 20% HRA for the first two years and ₹42,000 per month plus 20% HRA for the third year. HRA is admissible in lieu of non-availability of hostel accommodation.
