🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.

Associate Professors: Candidates should have a Ph.D. with a minimum of 8 years of teaching experience in a reputed University/PG college and at least 7 publications in reputed journals. Experience in guiding Ph.D. scholars is desirable.

Assistant Professors: Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks and should have a Ph.D./NET/SLET/SET etc. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience.

Placement Managers: Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in career services or recruitment.

Admin Staff: Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Academic Administration.

Accounts Staff: Candidates should have a B.Com or M.Com degree with 2–3 years of experience in Tally, Excel & Word.
