🎯Project Details
- Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the following project positions on a purely temporary basis in the Meity-funded project No.R-23011/14/2026
- PI: Dr. Ashwani Sharma, Associate Professor, Electrical Engineering Department, IIT Ropar.
- Duration: For a period of three years. The position will end with the closure of the project.
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
JRF / Project Associate-I
B.Tech/B.E./MSc or M.Tech./M.E./M.S. in Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Computer science/or similar field or equivalent qualification with 60% marks (or 6 grade points out of 10). Applicants should have a valid GATE score or pass other National Eligibility Tests or National Level examinations conducted by Central Government Institutions. Applicants without GATE may be considered with lower Emoluments as per the Institute rules.
Desirable Skills
Antenna Design, Simulation, HFSS, CST, Wireless Communication, optimization, Hardware development, testing, meta surfaces, Antenna arrays
Research Associate III
PhD with at least one research paper in Science Citation indexed (SCI) Journal

- Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/ Project Assistant – Rs.37000 +10% HRA
