💼 DESIGNATION / JOB POSITION

• Junior Research Assistant (JRA) (on contract)

🎯 PROJECT DETAILS

• Research project titled: “A Unified In-Memory Computing (IMC) Radiation-Hardened Dual-Port Memory Architecture”
• Project Duration: Three (03) years or date of completion of the project, whichever is earlier. 
• Principal Investigator (PI) and Associate Professor: Dr. Kavindra Kandpal  

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.

The candidate must be an Indian citizen and a resident of Uttar Pradesh. They should possess a B.E./B.Tech., M.Sc., or equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or allied areas, with first-class marks in graduate and post-graduate examinations. Candidates with higher qualifications are encouraged to apply. The upper age limit is 28 years as of 1st April 2026. Knowledge of CMOS VLSI Design is desirable.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

The fellowship is fixed at Rs. 25,000 per month. No HRA will be provided.
