Essential Qualifications
1. Postgraduate in any discipline of Social Sciences from recognized University with minimum 55% marks. 2. Proficiency in use of computer in MS Office is essential. 3. Candidates must have proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Experience Required 1. Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in research related work, data analysis, organizing seminars, conference and networking with research or other academic institution.
Minimum and Maximum Age of the Applicant -The candidate must not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years of age calculated as on the last date of receipt of application (07.10.2026).

No application submitted online shall be accepted. 2. Last date of receiving Application: 07.10.2026. 3. Applications received after 5.30 PM (IST) on 07.10.2026 shall not be considered. 4. Application fee: Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only). 5. Mode of Payment: Payable through Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of OMEO KUMAR DAS INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL CHANGE AND DEVELOPMENT payable at Guwahati. The Demand Draft must be enclosed with the application. 6. No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing the written test.
Selection procedure: Written Test and Personal Interview.

1. Class X Pass Certificate as Proof of Age. 2. Class X and Post Graduation Marksheets only. 3. Proof of Identity (Aadhar Card/Pan Card/Driving Licence).4. Address Proof (Aadhar Card/ Driving Licence). 5. Experience Certificate of minimum three years work experience issued by the Head/ Competent Authority of the Organisation/ Institution. 6. Caste Certificate for Claiming Age Relaxation issued by the competent Government Authority of the State. 7. Certificate from Existing Employer in case of applicants belonging to Government organizations and working on regular basis for age relaxation as per Government Rule. 8. NOC from current employer for candidates currently employed. 9. Two copies of recent Passport Sized Photographs (one copy to be pasted on the Application Form and signed across and another copy duly signed at the back). Applications Without Necessary Testimonials Shall be rejected. The decision of the OKDISCD in respect of shortlisting /selection shall be final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained
