• Research Area: “Theoretical and Computational Biophysical Chemistry (Focus: Protein-Nucleic acid Interaction)”

• Tenure: One year (extendable up to 2 years based on the research progress and performance) 

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Basic Eligibility Criteria: Ph.D. in with proven expertise in the area of Computational Chemistry/ Physics/ Biophysics/ Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Bioengineering

Desirable qualification: 

Proficiency in Python and shell scripting, with workable knowledge in bioinformatics and experience managing large-scale biological datasets using AI/ML frameworks. 

Proven experience applying machine learning algorithms to protein and nucleic acid sequence-structure analysis is highly preferred. 

Expertise in Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations and enhanced sampling techniques (e.g., Metadynamics, Umbrella Sampling, or Replica Exchange)
