FACULTY OF COMMERCE & MANAGEMENT:

Professor – Entry Pay ₹1,44,200 (Academic Level 14) plus, other allowances***

Associate Professor -Entry Pay ₹1,31,400 (Academic Level 13A) plus, other allowances

Assistant Professor – Entry Pay ₹57,700 (Academic Level 10) With five non compounded increments at the entry level as applicable for a candidate joining with Ph.D. at the entry level) Plus, other allowances

XAVIER BUSINESS SCHOOL :

Assistant Professor – Entry Pay ₹57,700 (Academic Level 10) With five non-compounded increments at the entry level (as applicable for a candidate joining with Ph.D. at the entry level) Plus, other allowances** 

***Other Allowances and Benefits: In addition to the entry pay, there will be a House Rent Allowance of 12% (up to a maximum of ₹12,000) and D.A. of 18%. The selected candidate/s will be eligible for a Group Mediclaim of ₹4,00,000 for self, spouse, and two children (up to 18 years of age).
