🎯 PROJECT DETAILS

  • Project Title: “Development of Next Generation Trace Resilient Self-Powered Hydrogen Sensors Based on 2D Materials/4H-SiC Nanocomposite Thin Films for Strategic Applications”
  • Funding Agency: Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE)
  • Investigators: Prof. Satyendra Kumar Mourya, EEE Department (Principal Investigator) Prof. Dheerendra Singh, EEE Department (Co-Principal Investigator)
  • Project Tenure: 03 Years (Extendable if converted to PhD at BITS Pilani based on performance)

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Applicants should have a B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MSc in Physics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering. Candidates with NET/GATE qualifications are preferred.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE

NET/GATE Qualified Candidates: ₹37,000 per month for the initial two years and ₹42,000 per month for the last year. Non-NET/GATE candidates: ₹30,000 per month for the initial two years and ₹33,000 per month for the last year.
