🎯 PROJECT DETAILS

• Project titled: “Low-cost Prosthetics Design and Fabrication using Advanced Textile and Composites Technology”
• Sanctioned by National Technical Textiles Mission (NTTM)
• Initially for 3 months and may be extended depending on the performance or ending of the project whichever is earlier (possible extension can be 1 year)

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

M.Tech. / M.E. in Mechanical Engineering/ M.E. in VLSI, Embedded System, Electronics / Electrical and Electronics / Computer Science with Hardware specialisation/ Computer Integrated Manufacturing / Materials Engineering/ Applied Mechanics/ Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Machine design, Polymer Science, Composites, Engineering Design and related streams and B.Tech/ B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering or Polymer Science and Engineering and related streams with minimum 60% marks (or 6.5/ 10.0 CGPA) , Valid GATE score is preferable. OR 

B.Tech. /B.E. degree in VLSI, Embedded System, Electronics / Electrical and Electronics / Computer Science with Hardware specialisation / Mechanical Engineering/ Materials Engineering/ Applied Mechanics/ Aerospace Engineering and related streams with a minimum 60% mark (or 6.5/ 10.0 CGPA) throughout starting from Class XII, with a mandatory Valid GATE score.   OR

Master of Science in Polymer Science, Materials Science, and Materials Technology, Computer Science with Hardware specialisation along with a mandatory Valid GATE score / NET Exam. 

Desirable:  A sound knowledge of programming languages like C/C++, Python, MATLAB. Knowledge of electronics hardware and sensors are required.  Experience in working on Finite Element software e.g. ABAQUS, Ansys etc.

Note: Candidates without a valid GATE/NET qualification but fulfilling the essential educational qualifications may also apply. If selected, they will be appointed as Project Associate-I/II, as applicable, with a fellowship of ₹25,000/₹28,000 per month + 16% HRA, in accordance with the applicable guidelines.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

INR 31,000/- plus 16% HRA as applicable.
