• Title of the project -“Targeting metabolic dysregulations for neuroprotection in Parkinson’s disease”
• Funding agency – Cure Parkinson’s UK
• Tenure of the post – 3 years (initial appointment is for 6 months, continuation is subject to satisfactory performance)

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Applicants must have a post-graduate degree in biological sciences from a recognized university with first-class marks. Candidates are encouraged to enroll in the PhD program of IISER TVM, and clearance of any eligibility criteria for the PhD position at IISER TVM is highly desirable. Experience with IHC, cell culture, mouse work, and molecular biology is preferred. Candidates should be able to start from 1st November 2026.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

The fellowship amount is Rs 31,000 + HRA, with an upgrade to SRF at the start of the 3rd year.
