The candidate must hold a Ph.D. or be a Ph.D. candidate (thesis submitted stage), preferably with a specialization in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Decision Sciences, or allied areas. A consistently excellent academic record with a minimum of 60% marks throughout is required. Experience in analytical modeling, game-theoretic analysis, and data analysis is desirable.
Work Experience: 1. A Ph.D. with a minimum of three years of post-PhD research experience is required for the position of Senior Research Associate. 2. A Ph.D. with a minimum of two years of post-PhD research experience is required for the position of Research Associate ‘A’. 3. A Ph.D. is required for the position of Research Associate ‘B’. 4. PhD candidates at the thesis-submitted/awaiting defense stage having an MBA with a minimum of two years of relevant post-MBA pre-PhD experience can apply for the position of Senior Research Assistant. Candidates are required to indicate clearly, in their application, the position for which they are applying. Remuneration will be offered within the specified range and will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship in the range of ₹50,000 to ₹70,000, depending upon qualifications and relevant experience, along with House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per the applicable norms.
