- Duration of Appointment: The above position is purely temporary for a period of two years/end of the project, whichever is earlier, but subject to the condition of the candidate’s performance (performance will be evaluated every six months).

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
For the position of Technical Assistant, candidates must possess a BTech/BE degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an MSc in Biotechnology, Botany, or Chemistry. Alternatively, a 3-year Diploma in Engineering & Technology with 2 years of experience is acceptable. A minimum of 6.0 CGPA or 55% marks is required.
For Research Associate I, candidates should have a PhD degree or equivalent in Biotechnology or Biological Sciences. Expertise in cell culture, image analysis, advanced molecular cell biology, and biochemical techniques is essential. Preference will be given to those with experience in Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry and Spectrophotometer handling, along with at least one research paper in an SCI journal.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The Technical Assistant position offers a salary of INR 20,000/- per month, while the Research Associate I position offers INR 58,000/- per month. Accommodation / HRA is provided as per Institute Norms.
