🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Essential: Post Graduate Degree, including integrated PG degrees, with five years of post-qualification experience or PhD with two years of post-qualification experience.
Desirable: Experience in community-based projects, leadership, budget handling, data management, and proficiency in Hindi/English/local language.
