For the position of Scientist-C in Genetics & Plant Breeding, candidates must possess a First Class M.Sc in Agriculture with specialization in Genetics and Plant Breeding or allied disciplines. Additionally, four years of research and development experience in the relevant areas is required, evidenced by publications in reputed journals. A Doctoral degree in related fields and experience in crop breeding and genomics-assisted research are desirable.
For the position of Scientist-C in Developmental Biology, candidates should have a First Class M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields. The positions offer a pay scale of Level-11 in the pay matrix, ranging from Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700, plus allowances as admissible.
