It manages numerous national-level projects such as ONOS, Infistats, INFED, Shodhgangotri, Shodh-Chakra, Vidwan, Vidya-Mitra, IRINS, NIRF, and SOUL.

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.

Scientist-E (Library Science): Ph.D. with 9 years of experience or M. Lib / M.L.Isc/ equivalent with 15 years of relevant experience. Recruitment is on deputation for a period of one year.

Scientist-B (Computer Science): B.E./MCA or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience. This is a direct recruitment position.

Senior Assistant/Office Assistant-II: A degree from a recognized university with at least second class and five years of experience in Purchase & Stores/Accounts/Establishment in a University/Government/Autonomous Body/reputed private firm. Desirable qualifications include B.Com/M.Com and knowledge of Tally accounting software, PFMS, TDS/GST, Audit procedure/rules, and Financial Statements.

As Per Norms

Scientist-E (Library Science): Pay Level 13 (₹123,100 – ₹215,900)

Scientist-B (Computer Science): Pay Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹177,500)

Senior Assistant/Office Assistant-II: Pay Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹112,400)
