🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.

For Degree College Principal:

• Ph.D. with minimum 55% marks at Master’s level in Science/Commerce.
• Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience, with at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor.
• Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals.
• At least 5 years of administrative experience.
• Minimum API score of 110 as per UGC norms.
• Age and other conditions as per UGC/State Government/University of Mumbai norms.

For Junior College Principal:

• PG in Science/Commerce subject with 60% + B.Ed.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in Junior College/Secondary School with 11th & 12th Std.
• At least 3 years of administrative experience.
