Research Associate Position at SNDT Women’s University

The Department of Geography at SNDT Women’s University, Pune, is seeking a qualified Research Associate for a major research project. This project, sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), aims to explore sustainable rural development through the lens of women entrepreneurs involved in honey bee-keeping within the Pune Administrative Division.

Position Details

  • Title: Research Associate

  • Duration: Minimum one year, extendable up to 17 months
  • Remuneration: ₹47,000 per month (fixed)

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in a social science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks. Additionally, they should have cleared NET/M.Phil./Ph.D. and have at least two years of research experience as a Research Assistant in any project. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in SPSS software.
