- Impact Assessment of PMKVY on Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurial Development among Tribal Youth in Jharkhand: Systemic Barriers and Pathways
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Social Sciences or related fields with a minimum of 55% marks. Preference will be given to candidates with research experience in relevant areas.
Desirable Qualification:
Proficiency in quantitative software(SPSS,AMOS,R,orSmartPLS) and qualitative tools(NVivo)for comprehensive data triangulation.
Experience conducting interviews and focus groups in Simdega, West Singhbhum, and Gumla, with fluency in local dialects to identify socio-cultural barriers.
Strong capability inmixed-methods research design and a proven track record of drafting high-quality reports or publications.
Knowledge of PMKVY and entrepreneurial development frame works, specifically with in the tribal context of Jharkhand.
