Eligibility for Principal: MSc (Nursing), PhD with a minimum of 15 years teaching experience, including at least 5 years of administrative experience in a reputed Nursing college. Candidates should possess strong academic, research, administrative, and leadership capabilities.

Eligibility for Teaching Posts: MSc (Nursing), PhD. Candidates with strong academic credentials, quality research publications in indexed journals, funded research projects, patents, and demonstrated contribution towards academic excellence will be given preference.
