🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
For the Training and Placement Officer position, candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a TPO in a reputed technical institute or experience in a multi-industry environment with a vast industry network. Excellent communication and negotiating skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are desirable.
For the Placement Executive position, candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate organization or educational institute. Strong communication skills, industry partnership abilities, and proficiency in MS Office Suite are required.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The Training and Placement Officer position offers a consolidated salary of ₹60,000 to ₹1,20,000 per month, while the Placement Executive position offers ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month, both with yearly increments.
