🎯 PROJECT DETAILS
- Project Title: “Model-Guided Deep Beneficiation of High-Ash Indian Coal below 15% Ash via Dense Medium Separation with Pre-Treatment of Near-Density Materials”.
- Principal Investigator: Dr. Chandan Guria
- Tenure of Project: Initially for one year (can be extended up to three years/completion of the project).
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./MTech in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Fuel and Mineral Engineering with a minimum of 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks from a recognized Institute/University. Candidates must be GATE or NET qualified.
Desirable Qualification: Candidates with outstanding academic records and hands-on experience in coal characterization, mineral liberation studies, washability analysis, and coal beneficiation techniques will be preferred.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The fellowship is Rs. 37,000/- per month for the first two years and Rs. 42,000/- per month during the third year, subject to successful external assessment by the designated committee. No HRA shall be admissible under this project.
