🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Required staff
A. RESEARCH ASSISTANT (01 POSITION) Nature of Appointment: Purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Duration: Initially for 06–12 months, extendable up to the project duration (maximum 24 months) based on satisfactory performance and project requirements. Essential Qualifications: • Postgraduate degree in any Social Science /Interdisciplinary discipline with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University. • Good academic record and demonstrated research aptitude. • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. • Ability to undertake literature review, data management, report preparation, and academic writing. Age limit: 18- 40 years.
B. FIELD INVESTIGATORS (02 POSITIONS) Nature of Appointment: Purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Duration: Initially for 06 months. Essential Qualifications: • PG/Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or allied disciplines with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University. Desirable Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively in Marathi, Hindi, and English. • Experience in migration studies, labour studies, development studies, rural studies, or community-based research. • Familiarity with digital data collection tools, Google Forms, KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, MS Office, and related software. • Experience in conducting household surveys and qualitative interviews.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The Research Assistant will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹37,000 as per ICSSR norms. Field Investigators Monthly Remuneration: ₹20,000/- per month (Consolidated)
