- Incubation Manager and Project Associate
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Experience & Qualification:
☛Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering or Arts and Science
☛Minimum 3–5 years of experience in startup incubation, entrepreneurship, business development, or investment.
☛Experience working with startups, venture capital, or innovation ecosystems.
☛Proven track record of managing incubation programs, funding, and mentorship networks.
Mandatory Requirements:
☛Strong leadership and networking skills.
☛Understanding of business models, fundraising, and startup scaling.
☛Ability to create incubation strategies, policies, and partnerships.
☛Experience in organizing events, hackathons, or accelerator programs.
☛Knowledge of financial management and grant applications.
Desirable:
☛Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
☛Familiarity with government funding schemes, industry collaborations, and technology commercialization
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
4.2 LPA for Incubation Manager and 1.8 LPA for Project Associate
