🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Minimum Qualification: Ph.D. in relevant discipline with excellent academic record and research profile.
Experience:
- Assistant Professor Grade II: Fresh Ph.D. holders (contractual basis)
- Assistant Professor Grade I: Minimum 3 years post-Ph.D. experience
- Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years post-Ph.D. with 3 years at Assistant Professor level and Ph.D. guidance
- Professor: Minimum 10 years post-Ph.D. with 4 years as Associate Professor and demonstrated leadership in research
Candidates with exceptional academic/research track record from academia or industry are encouraged to apply.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix:
- Assistant Professor Grade II – Level 10/11
- Assistant Professor Grade I – Level 12
- Associate Professor – Level 13A2
- Professor – Level 14A
Additional allowances and benefits applicable as per Government norms including NPS, HRA, LTC, etc.
