IIIT Sri City is an Institute of National Importance established by the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India in 2013 under a Public-Private Partnership. The institute offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, and Ph.D. programs in CSE, ECE, and AI & Data Science. It is located in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, close to Chennai and Tirupati.
There are 46 vacancies available across the group/departments of CSE, ECE and Mathematics, Data Science for Professor (Pay level-14 of 7th CPC), Associate Professor (Pay Level -13 of 7th CPC) and Asst Professor Grade I, II, III (Pay Level 12, 11, 10 of 7th CPC) for CSE and ECE under this 4-tier flexible faculty structure and Associate Professor (Pay Level -13 of 7th CPC) and Asst Professor Grade I, II, III (Pay Level 12, 11, 10 of 7th CPC) for Mathematics & Data Science. Only Asst Professor Grade III (Pay Level 10 of 7th CPC) is available for English. The number of posts for each cadre may increase or decrease due to administrative reasons.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix Levels 10 to 14A, with additional benefits like PDA, leave travel assistance, seed grants, and SIM cards with data plans.
