🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.

For the Officer / Jr. Officer position, a technical qualification in Engineering, IT, or Management is essential. Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience for graduates or 2-3 years for postgraduates. Prior recruitment experience in academic institutions is preferred, and the ideal age is below 35 years.

For the Jr. Technician position, a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2 years or ITI (Electrical) with 5 years of relevant experience is required. A Wireman certificate is desirable.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

As Per Norms

The Officer / Jr. Officer position offers a CTC up to Rs. 8.00 l.p.a., commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Jr. Technician position offers an entry pay of Rs. 21,700 plus DA and other benefits as per Institute norms, with a starting CTC of Rs. 4.60 l.p.a.
