🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Qualifications and other conditions are as per UGC Regulations, 2018. Candidates must possess the requisite academic qualifications and experience as detailed in the official notification. For Assistant Professors, a Master’s degree with 55% marks and a Ph.D. is required. Associate Professors need a Ph.D. with a minimum of eight years of teaching experience. Professors require a Ph.D. with at least ten years of teaching experience and significant research contributions.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
As Per Norms, with pay fixation as per the minimum respective Academic Pay Level defined by the 7th Pay commission notified by the University Grants Commission.

📝 HOW TO APPLY
1. Application form should be filled for one post only. If a candidate is interested in applying for more than one post, he/she shall submit separate application forms for different posts and must deposit applicable fee.
2. The application must be submitted strictly in the application form as prescribed and uploaded on the NLIU website. However, the candidates may use extra sheet of papers if required. But, in no case the order of entries of the application should be disturbed.
3. Duly filled in application form along with the transaction details of Rs.1,180/- (Rs. 590/- for SC/ST Candidates), non-refundable, must reach on or before 30th May, 2026 up to 5:00 p.m. to the office of the Registrar at the National Law Institute University, Kerwa Dam Road, Bhopal – 462044.
4. Short-listed candidates will be required to appear for an interview (before the Selection Committee) on the date and time fixed by NLIU.
5. Self-attested copies of:
• Mark Sheets of all educational qualifications must be attached with the application form by all the applicants.
• Certificates of Date of Birth and Caste Certificate (if applicable) must be attached with the application form by all the applicants.
• UGC NET / SLET certificate must be attached with the application form for the posts of Assistant Professor.
• Certificate of work experience.
6. An incomplete application form shall be summarily rejected.
7. The University may also assign administrative duties such as warden, members of various committees etc. as per its requirement and the same shall be discharged by the concerned faculty member.
8. Terms and conditions of employment shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
