Qualification & Experience / Requirement
Candidates must possess a Post Graduate degree in basic science or a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in a Professional Course selected through a process described by MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER, etc. Additionally, candidates should have good knowledge of membrane fabrication, characterization, and synthesis, along with experience in using simulation software such as ANSYS Fluent or COMSOL.
The role involves designing, developing, and evaluating a UV-assisted ceramic membrane filtration system for recycling blowdown water from thermal power plants. Responsibilities include system setup, UV integration, filtration and fouling studies, water quality analysis, and performance optimization.
Salary / Remuneration / Pay Scale
The selected candidate will receive a monthly stipend of ₹37,000 as per the norms.
