Candidates should possess a Ph.D. degree in the appropriate specialization. For permanent positions, a minimum of 3 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience is required, along with a minimum of three publications, two of which should be in ABDC A* / A journals or Scopus Q1 journals.
