🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Essential qualifications include a degree in Engineering from a recognized Institute/University or equivalent. Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience as an Executive Engineer in relevant fields such as CPWD/State Government PWD services or similar organized services, semi-Government, PSU, statutory or autonomous organizations, university systems, or reputed private organizations with an annual turnover of at least Rs. 200 crore.
Desirable qualifications include experience in the construction of multi-story buildings, planning, estimation, measurement, tendering as per CPWD/PWD norms, and proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and latest management technology.
