🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

• Research Associate (RA) – Masters in Electrical Engineering (Power system/Powe r Electronics or equivalent)/ MBA(Energy Management/ Economics) or equivalent degree
• Senior Research Fellow (SRF) -Masters in Electrical Engineering (Power system/Powe r Electronics or equivalent)
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – B.E. (Electrical, CSE, IOT)
• Research & Technical Roles • RA: Lead advanced modelling, simulation, and analysis of transmission and power systems using PSS®E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD, and other relevant software. Conduct studies related to Integrated Resource Planning (IRP), renewable energy integration, grid stability, transmission  planning, and power system performance assessment. Perform economic assessment of power systems, sustainability analysis, and evaluate carbon credit and decarbonization frameworks using relevant analytical tools. Prepare technical reports, publish research outcomes, and coordinate with utilities, government agencies, industry partners, and other high-level stakeholders.
•  SRF: Assist in complex system modeling and simulation; perform data analysis, reporting, and provide essential support for field implementations. Assist in field implementation, testing, and validation of power system solutions and renewable energy integration projects. 
•  • JRF: Assist in complex system modeling and simulation; perform data analysis, reporting, and provide essential support for field implementations. Support field surveys, pilot implementations, report preparation, and other project-related technical activities under the guidance of senior researchers. 

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

• Research Associate (RA) – Consolidated Gross Salary Rs. 60,000 to 80,000/- per month depending on capabilities
• Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – Consolidated Gross Salary Rs. 55,000/- per month
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – Consolidated Gross Salary Rs. 45,000/- per month
