- Project entitled – “Decoding Visceral Adipose Tissue Microbiome-Host Metabolic Cross-Talk in Obesity-Associated Type 2 Diabetes Through Genome-Scale Metabolic Modeling“
- Principal Investigator (PI) – Dr. Durba Pal
- Tenure of Post / Nature of Appointment – Project duration is 4 years. Initial appointment is 1 year (with extension after one year). The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree or have a thesis submission certificate in Computational Biology. The role involves molecular and computational investigation of visceral adipose tissue microbiome-host metabolic interactions in obesity-associated Type 2 diabetes.
