🎯Project Details

• Project Title:   “TinyEdge: An In-House Reusable Edge Computing SoC Platform for Low-Power Intelligent Systems “
•  Investigators: Dr. Kanika Monga, Department of EEE, Hyderabad Campus,  Dr. Nitin Chaturvedi, Department of EEE, Pilani Campus Project 
• Tenure: Initially for 1 year, extendable up to 2 years, with the possibility of further extension for enrollment in the Institute’s Ph.D. program.
• Job Description: Research Fellow will work on the design, development, integration, and validation of System-on-Chip (SoC). The work will involve hardware architecture development, RTL design, processor/peripheral integration, and FPGA/ASIC-based prototyping. 

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

M.E/M.Tech (Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems/Electronics) or B.Tech/B.E/M.Sc (Electronics) with good academic record 

 Technical Skill: Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL, FPGA/SoC design, computer architecture, embedded systems, RTL simulation and synthesis, C/C++/Python, AI/ML, low-power VLSI.

Registration for PhD: Selected candidates may be permitted to register for the Ph.D. programme of BITS Pilani, subject to the fulfillment of the prescribed requirements 

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

Rs. 37000 per month
