🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Qualifications & experience as prescribed by Norms.
The candidate must possess a postgraduate degree or MBA from a reputed institute or university (regular mode) with a minimum of 60% marks. For the position of Senior Research Assistant, a minimum of two years of experience is required. Desirable qualifications include familiarity with academic/research material in the management domain, proficiency in SPSS/Excel, and excellent communication skills in English.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of Rs.40,000/- to Rs.50,000/- consolidated per month, plus HRA as per applicable norms.
