- Project Title – “INTEGRATED SUSTAINABLE VALUE CHAIN & CARBON REVENUE GENERATION MODEL FOR AGRO-FOOD COMPANIES AND FPOs IN HARYANA“
- Duration – 18 months (Initially for 9 months, extendable for another 9 months’ subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of the project). The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Master’s degree (MBA/M.Sc./MTech/MA or equivalent) in Agriculture and allied/Agribusiness Management/Food Business Management/Food Technology/Supply Chain Management/Agricultural Economics/Environmental Science/Sustainability Management/Rural Management or an allied discipline from a recognized university/institution, with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Desirable – 1. Experience in field surveys, structured interviews and primary data collection in the agri-food/rural sector. 2. Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis tools (MS Excel or similar). 3. Familiarity with sustainability concepts, carbon markets/carbon credits, ESG reporting and agri-food value chains. 4. Working knowledge of Hindi for field interactions with FPOs and farmers in Haryana.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
Rs. 25,000/- per month (consolidated; no other allowances admissible)
