• Minimum Intermediate / Diploma (Hotel Management / Catering preferred)

 • At least 3–5 years of experience in managing large kitchens/hostel messes/institutions 

 • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices 

 • Experience in staff supervision and inventory management 

 • Good organizational and leadership skills

 • Ability to handle pressure and ensure timely service
