🎯 Project Details
- Research project – “Impact Evaluation of the SWATI Program”, sponsored by the CSR Division of DBH Investment Capital India Pvt. Ltd. (Karan Thapar Group of Companies).
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
• Post Graduate degree (minimum 60%) in Economics, Management, Public Policy, Social Sciences or allied disciplines. • Doctoral candidates will be preferred.
Desirable
• Experience in survey research, impact evaluation, field research or social science research. • Excellent report writing and communication skills. • Ability and willingness to travel. • Proficiency in Marathi (speaking and reading) will be preferred.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
- Research Associate (project staff) – ₹50,000 per month (Consolidated)
- Research Assistant (project staff) – ₹30,000 per month (Consolidated)
