🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. The experience requirements vary by position:

• Assistant Professor Grade-II: No prior experience required.
• Assistant Professor Grade-I: Total experience of 3 years in research/teaching/industry.
• Associate Professor: 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor at equivalent peer institutions.
• Professor: 10 years of experience, with at least 4 years at the level of Associate Professor at IIMs/IITs/IISc/NITIE/IISERs/Other equivalent peer institutions.

Candidates are expected to have a strong publication record in ABDC/ABS journals.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

The pay scale under the 7th CPC is as follows:

• Professor: Rs. 1,59,100 – 2,20,200 with Entry Pay of Rs. 1,59,100
• Associate Professor: Rs. 1,39,600 – 2,11,300 with Entry Pay of Rs. 1,39,600
• Assistant Professor Grade-I: Rs. 1,01,500 – 1,67,400 with Entry Pay of Rs. 1,01,500
• Assistant Professor Grade-II: Rs. 70,900 (Minimum Basic)

Additional benefits include LTC, medical reimbursement, EPF/NPS contributions, faculty development allowance, and financial support for conferences.
