🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

M.Sc. or M.Tech from a recognized university in Meteorology or Atmospheric Science or Oceanography with at least 60% marks. Candidate should clear NET or GATE or any CFTI Exam.

Working experience with WRF model. Demonstrated skills in the analysis of extreme weather. Strong background in Unix or Linux environment with python and shell scripting.

Experience / Software / Skillset & Desirable Qualification:

Experience in lightning and hail analysis, thunderstorms, and AI/ML application is desirable. Experience in Field data collection may also be preferable.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹

Year 1 & 2 – INR 37,000.00 /-per month (+) HRA @ NA % (if applicable)

Year 3 – INR 42,000.00 /-per month (+) HRA @ NA % (if applicable)
