- Project Title – “Optimization, Fabrication and Characterization of Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Deposited CuSbS2 Thin Film solar cells”
- Funding Agency – ANRF, Govt. of India
- Principal Investigator – Dr. MONOJ KUMAR SINGHA
- Nature of the Position and Project Tenure – Temporary – Three Years (Initially for a period of six months extendable to further year wise subject to continuation of the project and satisfactory performance of the candidate.) or the complete tenure of the project whichever is earlier
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Essential Qualifications: M.E./ M.Tech./B. Tech/M.Sc. with First class in ECE/EIE/Material Science/Nanotechnology/Physics or equivalent allied subjects with 60% marks for GEN/OBC (55% for SC/ST/PH) from UGC recognized University/Institute. Desired qualification includes GATE/CSIR/UGC qualification.
Knowledge in characterization, semiconductor physics, material synthesis and fabrication, and solar cell technology is desirable. Candidates with a strong academic background and relevant research experience are encouraged to apply.
🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated emolument of Rs. 37,000 per month plus HRA for the first two years, and Rs. 42,000 per month plus HRA for the third year, as per ANRF norms.
