- Temporary Positions – Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for 01 year initially, and extendable up to 27 Months or completion of the project, whichever happens, earlier solely based on the performance.
🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Applicants must possess a B.Tech. and M.Tech. or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with First class (6.5 grades point out of 10) or 60% marks. A GATE qualification is desirable. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of SiC and GaN wide-bandgap semiconductors, gate driver design and analysis, and electric vehicles.

🏆 SALARY / REMUNERATION / PAY SCALE ₹
The fellowship for the 1st and 2nd year is Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA, and for the 3rd year, it is Rs. 42,000/- per month + HRA.
