🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

Ph.D. or equivalent degree in appropriate subjects with first class or equivalent (Overall 60 percent or above) at the

preceding degree and with excellent academic record throughout.

Experience

Assistant Professor (Grade I)

Minimum 3 years of teaching or equivalent research / industrial experience post PhD.

Assistant Professor (Grade II)

Fresh Ph.D. holders and those with less than three years of teaching or equivalent research / industrial experience may apply. However, they may be considered for appointment on contract basis and be placed in Assistant Professor (Grade-ll) with Academic Pay Level 10 or Pay Level 11 depending on their experience. They will be considered for regularization as per the rules of the Institute.
