The Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) was established in August 2020 by the Government of NCT of Delhi to equip students with world-class skill education to enable access to aspirational jobs and inculcate entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurship. DSEU aims to create a win-win for the youth and the industry by filling the existing gaps in skill training. Building on the education philosophy of thinkers such as Mahatma Gandhi and Vinoba Bhave, DSEU aims to integrate the use of the hand, head, and heart for balanced living and engagement in lifelong learning. The focus will be on teaching both self-reliance for life-long independence and the wisdom towards nurturing and valuing interdependence. The University wishes to change the existing paradigm of skilling, making skill acquisition aspirational and providing opportunities to all for skilling, up-skilling and reskilling. Besides, DSEU will support and nurture entrepreneurs and provide quality mentorship to steer the entrepreneurial journeys of those interested, by providing incubation, and constant support.

🎓 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
Roles & Responsibilities:
Teaching Facilitators will assist different DSEU faculty members in tasks pertaining to:
● Support faculty in preparation of student academic reports and records, examination/ invigilation work and other teaching related work.
● Support faculty in developing lesson plans
● Manage and conduct practical for students and manage inventory of practical labs wherever applicable
● Interacting and guiding the students academically
● Ability to handle tutorials/lectures and support with evaluation of student assignments
● Assist in research work carried out by the faculty
● Manage administrative tasks such as document creation, file management and other tasks as assigned by the faculty
● Help to develop power point and other instructional material for sessions
● Suggest supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc).
Key Qualifications
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field
● Teaching/industry experience of 2-5 years
● Upto 30 years of age as on 31st December 2021
● Interest in teaching and learning practices OR (Applicable only for B.A. in Aesthetics and Beauty Therapy Program)
● Have completed intermediate or diploma/certifications (of a minimum duration of six months) in the relevant field from a reputed Organization/Training Institution.
● Have 2-8 years of training/industry experience in the relevant field
● Upto 30 years of age as on 31st December 2021 OR (Applicable only B.Sc. (Medical Lab Technology))
● BSc MLT with a minimum of 2 years experience or Diploma in MLT with 3 Years of Experience.
● Experience in Medical labs in the core subjects of MLT
● Upto 30 years of age as on 31st December 2021
(Applicable only English Communication)
● Bachelors in Education with English as a teaching subject at least 50 percent marks OR Masters level in English/ English Language Teaching/ Education/ Linguistics field with at least 50 percent marks
● Certificate/Diploma in teaching of English from a reputed Institute/Agency and a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
● Minimum 02 years of training/industry experience in the relevant field
● Upto 30 years of age as on 31st December 2021
Desirable:
1.Interested in Higher Education
2.Good Communication Skills
3.Good Excel Skills and knowledge of basic programming
4.Ability to interact with young students
5.Attention to detail
