1. Job Title/Non-Teaching Staff: Receptionist (Female only)
   Qualification: Any Degree
   Experience: Desirable
   Candidate Profile
   ☛ Any graduate, Computer/Smartphone Literate, Effective communication, Interpersonal aplomb, and multitasking capabilities.
   ☛ Smart and pleasing personality expected. Commitment towards work.
2. Job Title/Non-Teaching Staff: Training and Placement (TPO) Assistant.
   Qualification: MBA or equivalent degree
   Experience: Desirable
   Responsibilities:
   ☛ Assist the Training and Placement Officer in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops.
   ☛ Coordinate the placement process, including organizing recruitment drives, preparing placement materials, and scheduling interviews.
   ☛ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student placements, including their job profiles, companies, and salary details.
   ☛ Assist in developing and updating training and placement materials, including brochures, presentations, and online resources.
   ☛ Respond to inquiries from students, employers, and other stakeholders regarding training and placement opportunities.
   ☛ Conduct research on industry trends and job market demands to provide guidance to students.
   ☛ Assist in organizing career fairs and job expos. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing the training and placement activities.
   Requirements:
   ☛ Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline).
   ☛ Prior experience in a similar role or in the field of training and placement is preferred.
   ☛ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
   ☛ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
   ☛ Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
