Qualification & Experience / Requirement
Candidates must possess an LL.M. with at least 55% marks or equivalent from a recognized university. A UGC-/SLAT (Law) or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required as per UGC Regulations. A minimum of 3 years of teaching and research experience in Public Law or Technology Law is essential, along with quality publications in relevant fields. Experience in teaching specialized areas of Technology/Cyber Laws is preferable for the Technology Law position.
Salary / Remuneration / Pay Scale
The selected candidates will receive a remuneration of Rs. 90,000 per month, subject to a 10% TDS deduction under the Income Tax Act. This position is contractual and does not include additional benefits or perks.

The positions are based at the National Law University Delhi campus in Dwarka, New Delhi.
